I had an excellent experience with my service team at Jessup Auto Plaza. My service advisor Melly, was not only friendly but also very professional. She kept me well-informed throughout the entire servic Jessup Auto Plaza. My service advisor Melly, was not only friendly but also very professional. She kept me well-informed throughout the entire service visit. When it became clear that my truck would need to stay overnight, they promptly arranged a courtesy vehicle for me to get home. Before bringing my truck in for servicing, I had removed my locking lug key during cleaning, which meant they couldn't perform the tire rotation initially. However, my service advisor assured me that I could bring the key when picking up the truck, and she would ensure the rotation was done. Despite a busy service day, they went out of their way to accommodate me and ensure I left as a satisfied customer. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this dealership/service center. As someone from out of state (North Carolina), I was initially skeptical about the service quality in California, but the team at Jessup Auto Plaza completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience! More
