don't go there for used cars! classical bait and switch if i could give negative stars, i would. had an appointment yesterday afternoon to see a used Mercedes C300 and Audi A4. went in this mor switch if i could give negative stars, i would. had an appointment yesterday afternoon to see a used Mercedes C300 and Audi A4. went in this morning, only to be told one of them was sold already, and the other was not on the premise and was in another store. the sales guy Malvin R called someone and told me that the other one was also sold. then, he showed me an Audi A3, i asked for a test drive. he said i had to do the test drive on my own. so i did, a few minutes in, a warning popped up. red flag! i drove 60 miles, didn't get to see the cars they advertised online, those used cars were probably never there. it was very unprofessional of them. STAY AWAY! More

I have gone as far as I am extremely happy to have waited to buy my Niro from Yonkers Kia! I have not bought a car in New York in nearly 20 years. I have gone as far as flying and either driving home a new car or having it shipped. From the entire sales team that worked with me (several indeed) as they wanted to get the deal done to Carlos in finance (only his relationships got me an APR that not even my credit union couldn't even touch). It was seamless. I see that people write negative reviews and I get it. I came in straight to the point and they realized that I was a serious buyer. I wasn't going to waste their time nor mine. They got it. Only one set back - minor, but want to make sure that it's out there. My car got to me a bit dirty. For someone else, it would be a deal-breaker, but having the car delivered from Yonkers to my home in the city, a nice hand bath will be in order. Then I realized... it rained in Westchester and not in the city. I thank you and the team for making it all come together! More
