Merchants customer service is the best. It's not just cause I walked in 3 years ago thinking I won't get car well I wrong. I did and it was buy here pay here deal 2007 car was great. These guys took excellent care of me during the 4th of July My SUV started running a little rough on the 4th of July weekend so I took it over to Merchants (where I purchased the vehicle) and Jim - Service Mgr My SUV started running a little rough on the 4th of July weekend so I took it over to Merchants (where I purchased the vehicle) and Jim - Service Mgr took my vehicle in for service, got me a rental, and within a few hours called me to tell me that my SUV was fixed. We walked in and Rich Interrante walked up and greeted us . There was no pressure and he was the nicest guy. He told us all about the loans and that he would do everything in his power for her to walk out with a car today! We were very happy, the loan process was fast and informative. Rich picked out the car, a Mazda 2, and we took it for a test drive. Well my daughter fell in love and bought it. She told him the year and price she was looking for and he got it for her.
