One word - Amazing I am a prior service Marine with PTSD, and might I mention really really bad anxiety in new places....especially dealerships where people tend to pres I am a prior service Marine with PTSD, and might I mention really really bad anxiety in new places....especially dealerships where people tend to pressure you, and try their hardest to just push you in a vehicle. Here? Not the case, within the hour of arriving with the worst credit I've ever had, and my lease ending, we were spoken to, our goals spelled out, and a shoe-string budget we were put into a great car, low mileage, great payments and warranty. My wife and I could not have possibly been any more satisfied with our experience. Thank you Rudy. Thank you for everything. More

Such a totally positive experience! I heard of merchants auto dealership like many people do, on the radio. Even though they advertised that thy can finance people with bad credit, I was I heard of merchants auto dealership like many people do, on the radio. Even though they advertised that thy can finance people with bad credit, I was skeptical. After being denied by a different buy here pay here place in NH,I felt completely defeated and thought no one would be able to help me. I decided to try merchants auto and it was an excellent decision! Andre was my salesman and he was completely professional and I felt that he and the whole crew had my best interest at heart. When I finally arrived there( in a tow truck because my old car couldn't even make it there,) I was greeted with enthusiasm and made very comfortable. Everyone got to work to get me approved and to my surprise I was approved! For a person with bad credit, that feels like winning the lottery. When it came time to go for a test drive Andre asked me what I was looking for. In the past, many times the salesman would always steer me toward the car that he wanted to sell me. But Andre listened to me and he helped me find the perfect car for me with a payment that I can handle. This was the first positive experience I have ever had with a used car dealership. After everything was wrapping up it was time to get insurance. When Andre learned what one insurance company had quoted me, he suggested that I let him call a different insurance company to see if he could get me a better quote and he did just that. Thank you Andre and everyone at merchants auto for going above and beyond what you had to do to make me feel comfortable and help me in a stressful situation! More

2012 Honda Pilot Great easy experience! Went in to get a used car and had the easiest experience ever at a dealership. This is the Fourth car we buy from Merchants a Great easy experience! Went in to get a used car and had the easiest experience ever at a dealership. This is the Fourth car we buy from Merchants and we would recommend them to our friends and family! Jim and Scott made the experience pleasant! Will definitely go back for our next car they are super and make you feel right at home throughout the whole experience. I even got a free gas voucher and a new remote car starter. I am wowed! I broke off the gas cover on the car when I went to get the gas and the Service Dept. made an appointment within 2 days for me and I was in/out within a half an hour no charge! These guys know their stuff and they Rock! More

" Don't shoot the messenger" Poor James...had to deal with me, well my car that is. I have had so many issues with my vehicle that for the last couple of months my car seemed to o Poor James...had to deal with me, well my car that is. I have had so many issues with my vehicle that for the last couple of months my car seemed to of spent more time there then with me and through it all he did his best to keep me informed and reasured my worries and frustrations VIA email he listened to me even when I was angry he still managed to help me get through it. He was very patient as I was loosing mine. Although I still have some kinks to get through and wish that the service dept. had all the tools and thier mechanics had more experiance to accomidate my car so I wouldn't of had to be referred to a BMW specialist seeing that I had bought my car through Merchants .....James was the middle man and I could see he truly cared and felt bad for all that I had gone through, Hes a true professional, and and true person. I thank you James for doing the best you could!! The lack of 5 stars has nothing to do with James ..it is based on the Service Dept. Anything with the 5 stars is ment for James . Thanks L.V More

Guy Nichols understands "Service" My wife and I have been working with Merchants auto for the past few years. It is only until recently when I fell ill and was unable to work things go My wife and I have been working with Merchants auto for the past few years. It is only until recently when I fell ill and was unable to work things got real tight around our house. I dreaded the day something went wrong with my/our vehicle(s) and we wouldn't be able to afford a repair. I went into the service center to get a quote on some repairs and that is when I learned that the service center does have individuals truly dedicated to customer service. I hardly write reviews of stores, or employees because very few truly go out of their way for their customers but I would gladly recommend anyone going to the merchants auto service center to speak to Guy Nichols, he truly does understand what it means to deliver a "Great customer experience". More
