Avoided the seat belt recall for quite a while. I have a hearing impairment, can not do phone calls but can speak and am a lip reader - obviously, masks presented problems for me. I was pleasantly surprised with the following people: Online chat with chad tobias, service with Mila, text communications with Dwayne Bayer - that everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and did what they said they will do. Mila was not comfortable removing her mask for me but she took initiative to write, not many are bright enough to do that without me suggesting alternatives for communicating. Mila also kept her writing simple, figured I would understand enough, not condescending which I appreciated. More

The person with whom I dealt was courteous, attentive, and respectful. I was pleased with the overall service. My only regret is that I did not agree to having the battery terminals cleaned as suggested. and respectful. I was pleased with the overall service. I must be honest and say that declining the cleaning was based on experiences with other car service facilities (most notably stand-alone oil change outlets) who nearly always suggest some additional work beyond the stated reason. Having been burned in the past this way I nearly always decline suggestions for additional work. When I got home and looked at the battery terminals I saw that there was, indeed, a need for cleaning. As a suggestion it would be helpful to take customers to see the need for such additional work. I realize this may not always be practical but in this case it would have been beneficial in helping me move past the built-in reluctance from past negative experiences. Thanks for listening. More
