Multiple jump starts in the mornings for a 3 and 1/2 year Highlander with start /stop feature. Unsure if it was the battery or other contributing cause. Mia retrieved the battery test data from my service re Highlander with start /stop feature. Unsure if it was the battery or other contributing cause. Mia retrieved the battery test data from my service record. The data showed progressive deterioration of the battery CCA. This was a very positive way to communicate with a customer - show the test data if it is available. I replaced the battery as recommended. Very satisfying experience. More

I was amazed how proactive the guys in the garage were and directed me where to go so friendly like and willing to help me get in & out via the cashier who was fabulous! I wish I worked there. The young men in the garage even directed me where to find my car when I went to the wrong one & tried to open it with my key... oops my fault. Exceeded my expectations We've always gone to Rudy Luther for our regular maintenance. The door-to-door service option was a lifesaver during this COVID era. The representative, Misha Supica, did an outstanding job showing up promptly on time, exercising physical distancing with mask and cleaning kit, was very professional and returned my car washed and sanitized before returning the keys (after clorox wiping it down with his gloved hands). Very happy with this service from Rudy Luther. Our car advisor, Mia Mulville, at the service desk did an outstanding job and kept me informed of all my options. Thank you both! More
