Paul Lee was our salesmen and went above and beyond to help us get into a vehicle that we would love and enjoy, instead of something that was just in our price range. We did come in looking at a vehicle that we thought we actually wanted and Paul tried his hardest to get us into it but, got us into an even better car that we didn't even think we would love. I really do have to give it to Micah in management that stayed on the phone for a few days, without us even knowing, to give us the best finance that he could for the vehicle. I will be back when it is time for me to upgrade my other vehicle. More

Upon going into the dealershi I was looking around for quite a while trying to find the car that I would like to purchase when this one caught my eye. Upon going into the dealership to see it in person Chase, the salesman, was extremely easy going. I could tell right away that he was not going to try and force me into a car that I didn’t like or couldn’t afford like some dealerships will try to do. We called the dealership to confirm availability and went the same day for a test drive. Our salesman, Paul Lee, was great and easy to work with. He answered all of our questions, made the process very easy, and we decided to purchase the car! We had a warning light come on soon after the purchase; Mr. Lee and Royal Automotive took care of the diagnosis and fix for us promptly and agreeably. Mr. Lee has also made himself available to answer a few follow-up questions, and even gave me a call to provide more information about a feature of the car that we had asked about. Overall, we are extremely satisfied so far with the vehicle that we purchased as well as with the quality of interaction with the sales team, led by Mr. Lee.
