Paul was terrific and so patient as we looked at tons of used and new cars... at least 10 different models. Very professional and helpful answering my questions. I found the vehicle I purchased on Royal Automotives website. I called the used car department and spoke with Chase Murphy. We put a hold on the vehic I found the vehicle I purchased on Royal Automotives website. I called the used car department and spoke with Chase Murphy. We put a hold on the vehicle with a deposit until I could get to the dealership later that day. Once I arrived Chase was very though going over the truck with me and answering my questions. Then a test drive and my offer. There was no stress or pressured sales. I found a really nice used truck and a reasonable price. I then explained to Chase the reason I was offering the amount I did. He then explained that to the sales management and the price was accepted. All involved with the sale were very professional and helped. Had a great experience at Royal Automotive in my option they were very fair with me. More
