I recently purchased a new 2025 Toyota Crown from Toyota of Easley, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and gen of Easley, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Tommy Norris, the owner, is such a pleasant and down-to-earth gentleman. Even though he runs a large and successful business here in the community, he still goes out of his way to personally meet, greet, and spend a few minutes talking with customers. That kind of personal touch really stood out and made the experience even more memorable. Rich Kirby, the sales manager, ensured everything moved along smoothly. He was attentive, organized, and made the whole process seamless. My sales representative, Michael Abbott, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for. He walked me through all the features of the Crown and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way—never any pressure, just helpful guidance. I also want to highlight Endy Gamboa, the finance manager, who was great to work with. He was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork and made sure I understood every detail before signing. The whole financing process was smooth and straightforward, thanks to his professionalism. I love my 2025 Toyota Crown, and I left the dealership feeling confident and well taken care of.
