I purchased a vehicle from John Eagle Dec 2021 (EA169304). I also purchased the extended warranty at that time. Recently, my vehicle ended up deemed a total loss due to hail. I am trying to get a refund on the extended warranty. I have tried to reach the finance department @ John Eagle since 9/9/2023. I have left NUMEROUS messages with no return calls. I have waited on hold to the point the phone just hangs up. Every day this goes by costs me money. I hate doing this, but they have left me no choice. I will post here every day until somebody calls me back. I have left plenty of VM somebody has to have my phone number. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you! More
