This is a previous GOOGLE review. UPDATE 11/29 = General Sales Manager was nice enough to respond to the review but has yet to respond to my direct emails and or phone calls to ge UPDATE 11/29 = General Sales Manager was nice enough to respond to the review but has yet to respond to my direct emails and or phone calls to get this matter resolved. I purchased a vehicle from John Eagle Dec 2021 (EA169304). I also purchased the extended warranty at that time. Recently, my vehicle ended up deemed a total loss due to hail. I am trying to get a refund on the extended warranty. I have tried to reach the finance department @ John Eagle since 9/9/2023. I have left NUMEROUS messages with no return calls. I have waited on hold to the point the phone just hangs up. Every day this goes by costs me money. I hate doing this, but they have left me no choice. I will post here every day until somebody calls me back. I have left plenty of VM somebody has to have my phone number. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you! More

For my wife and I, the decision to buy a new car wasn’t an easy one. For weeks we jumped from one dealership to another. The Conversation with Mike on the phone meant everything to us. and when we arrived at Eagle Honda, the service quality from Mike and Luis was truly exceptional.
