Like a bad 80s movie In the beginning they were very accommodating. I had a very tight schedule the day of the purchase and they facilitated some information collection ea In the beginning they were very accommodating. I had a very tight schedule the day of the purchase and they facilitated some information collection early on. But once it finally got to the point to sign title over and bill of sale, because I was paying $12,000 cash for the vehicle in addition to taxes and tag. They had what seemed to be one guy in the finance department that could handle paid in full transactions so it took about 40 mins to go back and sign 6 mins in paper work. All of that I could have delt with. Now imagine this 1. Check engine light comes on in about 10 miles from dealer 2. Leather Seats airbrushed and patched so that the broken seam would hold until you drove away it was really pathetic. 3. Next at about 70 miles per hour the driver door trim just flies off the truck. They had broken it and then refastened to door with something my kid would use on his kindergarten project. Now it lies R.I.P. on 75 south around adairsville. 4. Speakers are so blown to the point it useless to turn them on. 5. Busted boot on rack-in-pinion. Which look I get if I buy used car some things are going to break but I kind of felt like it was falling apart literally as I was leaving the dealership it was almost surreal. And I started to think and I could remember feeling this way before. About 7 years ago I had the same experience at another dealership in Duluth where the now own ER and CEO of the greenway Automotive Group was their owner and general manager and it seems he has propagated this sort of mentality we're hiding mistakes to get the highest dollar on a car that's what they do More

My wife and I were traveling when the truck decided to do some funny stuff all by itself, which could have been bad for us. We went directly to University DCJR in Rome, Ga. and asked for help in purchasing a used truck. Couldn't be more pleased with all the staff who assisted us in all aspects of the buying experience. I now have the truck I was wanting and I know if something needs attention, they have a great service department also. Barry winters More

God to real bad real quick To start it was wonderful............until after the sale. They try to shove GAP coverage down your throat at a tune of 999.00. We told the salesman Mike that our car insurance covers GAP was assured it would be an issue to cancel. We called Mike and got mouth music. I called 3 times 2 times leaving a message for the business office the other for the general manager John. NONE WERE EVER RETURNED. All I wanted to know was who the insurance company was that has the GAP coverage and no one would tell me I was transferred once to a Jason said he was with the finance department and couldn't understand why I was upset. GO FIGURE!!!! Still no one has provided the name of the company!!!! Thought we had found a new dealership with integrity but nope just another bunch of weasels More

Customer Service 10/10!! We purchased our first car today and I cannot say enough great things about this dealership or our salesman, John! We were immediately greeted, he didn’t try to sell us on any vehicles we weren’t interested in, he helped us pick the best vehicle at the best price for us, and he was super friendly and polite. We felt very confident in our purchase and left the lot knowing everything about the Jeep that we needed to know about the technology inside! We plan to upgrade our second car in a year or so, and we will Definitely be returning to this location! The floor manager Michael and the financed Jason were both extremely helpful and nice as well!! More
