I have purchased 2 Silverados from Stingray. Stingray has done all of my maintenance on both vehicles. I have never had an issue with trust until this time. I just replaced my wiper blades the w Stingray has done all of my maintenance on both vehicles. I have never had an issue with trust until this time. I just replaced my wiper blades the weekend before my visit, only to be told that my wipers were steaming terribly and needed to be replaced upon this visit. I will continue to use Stingray, but it does raise a red flag when these things happen. More

Mike the salesman was told what are best offer was and had us fill out paperwork for the whole purchase process, despite the number not matching our offer. We asked several times to confirm the deal at o had us fill out paperwork for the whole purchase process, despite the number not matching our offer. We asked several times to confirm the deal at our price. Insisted he would talk to the manager and ask for our price. Wasted our time had he confirmed we could have said no but had us do all the paperwork despite knowing our top line expecting to over pay on the fair market value for a vehicle. Very shady. Additionally there was only a couple other customer around and the 3 managers sitting around in their office could not take the time out to come discuss the deal at all? We are in the process to buy and at multiple dealerships have had the manager involved in one way or another. Scott could have done more, and maybe we could have even found middle ground, but maybe they met their goal and going above and beyond is not in his nature. The only discount was to offer not to charge for a dealer installed feature that did not work (blinking brake lights, which the top rear light was not functioning at all as a result). I did to take the time to send a carfax showing them how overpriced they were. More
