I never felt pressured by anyone there. It was actually an enjoyable experience. Michael was very nice and informative. Took time to teach me about all the options on my Crosstrek as well as scheduled an appointment to come back in a couple weeks so that I can get any questions answered that might come up as I drive it. Although not easy to do, he found the car I wanted. The actual purchase at the dealership was very pleasant and thorough. I felt like a valued customer all the way through.
