He was attentive and answered all of our questions, and he, in no way, made us feel pressured at all to purchase a vehicle. He picked out just the right one for our second test drive and it fit everything we were looking for, so we were automatically sold. Our experience with Sue Sutka in the Finance Department was really wonderful, as well. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a Finance rep in a car dealership. She was really personable and made the process very pleasant. And when I brought the check for our down payment, I had the opportunity to interact with Will Cleveland, which was a very pleasant experience also. I would highly recommend Ferguson for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

I went back to them when I was ready to purchase new and since then I've purchased 2 Subarus from Ferguson and had a great experience both times. There was no haggling or wasting my time. The entire staff at Ferguson Superstore is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional which made for a stress free, enjoyable, and even fun experience. Jermane Swain is not even on the GMC sales team, but he was willing to answer questions or find answers to questions I had. He did in fact answer them, because the Ferguson Superstore team is that good! They really do need 10 stars... these folks are that good! More

He was easy to talk to and made us feel he was genuinely interested in helping us get what we were wanting instead of being focused just on the sale. Ferguson Subaru is an excellent car dealer the whole process was comfortable fun and stress free which is a hard thing to offer your clients sometimes when they are making such a large purchase.
