Mike Sica was my service rep Who provided me with excellent customer service and because of that all of my service needs where performed at Ed Morse Cadillac. We develop a rapport for about a year and I told him that I would be interested and buying a Cadillac at this dealership. He referred me to an excellent sales rep Michael Brandon. He was very professional and understanding as I explained my wants versus my needs.. it took a few months but we found a ATS that I am very very happy with. I was amazed as to how quickly the paperwork was done and the credit goes to the entire team at Ed Morse .I would highly recommend and do recommend and did recommend to my friends Ed Morse Cadillac. Our 4th Cadillac Our experience at Ed Morse Cadillac went very well. Michael Brandon worked with us every step of the way to get our new 2017 CTS delivered. It start Our experience at Ed Morse Cadillac went very well. Michael Brandon worked with us every step of the way to get our new 2017 CTS delivered. It started with my husband Richard going to the dealership to get an oil change on our 2013 ATS and before he left the dealership he had a deal in place for a 2017 CTS. Michael worked hard to find a 2017 CTS in white with all the options we wanted. Throughout the rest of the process Michael was working hard to get the paperwork done as quickly as possible so we wouldn't have to spend too many hours in the dealership. When there was a problem with OnStar at the point of delivery Michael saw to it that we were given a rental to use. Once the new part was installed he took care of getting OnStar activated for us and going over all the features of the Cadillac Cue and how everything worked. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable and thorough. He has definitely followed up with us to make sure everything is fine with the car and will always ask if there is anything further he can do for us. A great salesman. More
