Michael helps train sales consultants, follows up with our guests, takes care of their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction. Mike enjoys golfing, fishing, church, BBQ's and Cruises.

It started out as a 5 star experience with Acura dealer Alex until Mike came along. The sound of his voice arguing with Alex & Mike slamming his fist on the desk was a terrifying first impression. Face to face, Mike wouldn't let me argue my point either. I am still feeling bitter about Mike's incentive denial when being a Registered Dental Assitant is not considered a "Healthcare Profession." Oral health is just as important as the rest of your body. I provided my license & CPR certification. I am proud of my job because I help people in pain by assisting in root canal treatment & surgeries. I wish I could have asked for someone higher to talk to yet I struggled to get through that confrontation without crying. I am still hoping a Helpful Honda person will acknowledge my hard work as an RDA enduring spit, blood, & bone; a profession that allowed me to even purchase this car. I should be on cloud 9 in my Honda Insight but I feel robbed of $500 because Honda aka Mike does not think my job is important enough. Toothaches with swelling are a medical emergency that keeps me going to work during COVID-19. I feel like I am making a difference for my patients but will the people at Honda care? More

Horrible I bought a van Memorial day weekend. Late night purchase, all was good and we left with the van. My husband went down a week later, we dont live arou I bought a van Memorial day weekend. My husband went down a week later, we dont live around the area so we made a special trip, to pick up the extra key and they said the terms changed. Long story short, payment went up over 2 hundred dollars and finance tripled. We can't afford that and I sold my other car. I called the manager, Mike, and he said we needed to drive the car back and sign paperwork. I told him I live far and work almost everyday, I dont have time to take it again. He said I had to and I told him to pick it up. He said they didnt make a mistake, it happens every day. DO NOT BUT FROM HERE, THEY WILL JUST SEND YOU HOME WITH A CAR AND REQUEST IT BACK IN 10 DAY IF IT WASNT APPROVED! He acted like it was my fault and didnt even apologize. I've bought several cars in my life and never had this happen. I will never buy here and tell as many people that I can not to also. More

WASTE OF TIME AND WOREST CUSTOMER SERVICES. ONE star is too much! No customer service at all !!!!!!, Terrible service!!! Actually no service at all !!! also, this is the WORST place to buy a car. They are lack management, professionalism, and interpersonal communication. Very rude and irresponsible. In addition, personally I will never think to buy any Honda or Acura after this bad experiences. I got a deal on line for my cousin online with Tri Le, Internet Sales Manager to buy a 2017 CRV EX. After discussing all details through emails, we made an appointment to purchase the car. When we arrived there for our appointment time, they told us that the color we requested is not available and they would trade the car with a sister dealer! They added that the process should take about two hours, we did not mind! After about an hour, they said that the car they requested from the other dealer is not ready for pick up until the next day!!! WHAT???? Such a lack of management and communication, we drove all the way from S.F.Valley, it is over 60 miles and it took us over TWO HOURS to get there!!!! We had to skip work to be able to go, we may not skip another day of work just because of lack of communication and management among the entire staff??????? We requested to talk to the manager and get accommodated on the price if we decide to drive another two hours the next day. We met with Michael W. Baker, Sales Manager, worst and rudest manager you may ever encounter!!! He started off by saying that we have come to their dealer because of the best price and interest!!! OF COURSE WE DID that is why we have online shopping dummy, he also stated that they would pay $400 to get the trade done, well that is not our problem!!! He did not even apologize for not having the car ready according to our appointment or contacting us to reschedule. However, that does not mean that when we have an appointment set up already accordingly to the detailed car, when we show up he tells us that “FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED.” Why no one had contacted us in advance and set up another appointment when the car is physically in the dealer. We just left him talking because he was very rude and disrespectful. In our way out, we met a different manager and he smiled and asked if everything was going well, we said “NO” they offered to help and solve the problem, we still did not like the way we were treated and we are not giving them our business. Eli Mickel, Finance Director came into the picture and tried his best to work out a better deal to accommodate to our wasted time and energy, but without no luck. They offered to deliver the car to the house, but after all this bad experience, I COULD NOT TRUST THEM ANYMORE. I left and I WILL NEVER EVER FOREVER GO BACK AGAIN AND NEVER CONSIDER AS A HONDA FAN. More
