Through every point of the process, they made sure that we were happy. The extra mile that they provided really turned around our car buying experience (My gurlfriend almost didn't want the HR-V, or a Honda for that matter, because of the aggressive and somewhat unfriendly persistence from another dealership we had visited first). I can go as far as to say that it felt like they acted as our agent rather than the dealership's when it came to working with the sales manager (Thank you Mike for giving into John). When we eventually got to the Finance Department, we were bumping into an evening appointment we had to make. Lorenzo was sincere and understanding about the time crunch, getting us through the paperwork and setbacks as quickly as humanly possible. Much thanks to you guys for the great experience! More

Kyle, Steve, Michael (Sales Manager and Matt (Finance Manager) were very professional, polite and genuine. We test drove, discussed pricing and closed the deal within 30 mins. Hassle free, wasted no time and most importantly we got the vehicle, the extended warranty and alarm at the price we asked for! The best experience ever. More
