This was a non-pressure sales experience for us. Both the sales person and finance person, while checking all the sales boxes, once we said no did not push the add on. I never felt like I was pressured to purchase anything I didn't want to buy or spend more than I was comfortable with. I had found a lower priced vehicle to the make and model I ended up purchasing from Ed Martin advertised at another dealership. Ed Martin beat the other dealers price by a fair amount and earned a return customer. I made it clear that I did not/ would not want to be offered additional warranties/maintenance packages and they followed through with request. I got exactly the vehicle I wanted with minimal stress involved following a totaled vehicle. More

Got the car I wanted!!! I had been searching online several weeks for a used Nissan Murano that was accident free and had low mileage. Late one night while scouring the Internet I found a used Nissan M several weeks for a used Nissan Murano that was accident free and had low mileage. Late one night while scouring the Internet I found a used Nissan Murano at Ed Martin Toyota. I read a description of the car that had recently arrived. I filled out the necessary info and the next morning Michael Ball sent a video of the car’s exterior and interior, while explaining the features. A couple of days later I test drove the Murano . Michael communicated with us frequently...keeping us in the loop. Michael always returned calls in a timely manor. He was candid when answering our questions. I appreciate that quality in a person, so as not to be lead on a wild goose chase. He was genuine, compassionate and courteous.. Ed Martin Toyota’s service department checked out and repaired a couple of very minor issues. Now I’m driving a beautiful Murano. UPDATE: when we went to pick up the car Michael was off that day . Someone else got us the keys The guy was in a rush... he quickly handed us the keys with no explanation. It took us a while to learn different functions of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. He should have given us a little go over of the car but he did not we felt very slighted. We paid for vehicle and now they were done with us . Also we had expensive covers for the vehicle that we traded in and Michael said that he would get them to us to this day we have not even heard one word. Little disappointed about that . More
