Everything went very smoothly. Although it did take a significant amount of time to finish up the paper work. I attribute this to being the last day of the month and last day of the year. I have been coming to Ed Martin Toyota for service for almost 2 years now. I wasn't expecting to trade my Sienna at this time, but I did for a 4-Runner Limited. I am very pleased with this vehicle so far almost 2 years now. I wasn't expecting to trade my Sienna at this time, but I did for a 4-Runner Limited. I am very pleased with this vehicle so far and I loved my van that I had for 10 yrs. Toyotas are low maintenance and this is my 3rd one in a row. Michael, Marc, Eric, Sam, Dakota & Breanna all were involved in my decision making. They are great to work with and love my Golden, McCartney, who is training for therapy, to come visit! More
