I was looking for a reliable used car from a reputable auto maker for my teen daughter with a tight budget. I got lucky when Michael picked up my online inquiry. He was responsive to set up an appointment at my desired time and sent a video of the car. We test drove a Prius but my daughter nixed it after driving other cars elsewhere. Michael followed up while we were still looking and sent information about cars that came in that may be of interest. We were quarantined for two weeks and all our favorite cars were sold, so we were faced with starting the selection process over. After quarantine ended, I made an appointment with Michael to check out a few cars. When we discussed the budget and our goals, he suggested a Toyota RAV4. It had more miles than I wanted, but it had one owner and impeccable dealer service history. I was completely surprised by how smooth the vehicle ran and loved the pick up of the V6. My daughter loved that it had a sunroof which was the one perk she was hoping for. When we returned to the dealership, I spoke to a service manger who addressed my concerns about buying a car with 180k miles. After feeling reassured, we agreed to purchase the vehicle. The car was detailed a bit more while we did the paperwork and we were out in a reasonable time. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Lastly, the car we purchased was $1500-$2000 less than the cars we came in to look at. I was very pleased that Michael was interested in selling us the right car rather than any car. More

My first contact with the dealership was via email. I identified the specific car I wanted but it had sold the previous day. Michael Ball located another one almost exactly like what I wanted in Michigan identified the specific car I wanted but it had sold the previous day. Michael Ball located another one almost exactly like what I wanted in Michigan and got to work getting it delivered to Ed Martin Fishers ASAP. We handled as much as we could electronically and Michael even made offers to make the car drop-off/pick-up as convenient for me as possible by coming to me. Tony in finance had all my paperwork ready to sign ahead of time and answered all my questions. I was in and out with my new car in about an hour. The rushed purchase was because of me not them. I felt like they would dedicate as much time as necessary until I felt good about my purchase. Based on KBB.com, I received a fair offer for my trade and got my new car at a reasonable price.
