Located the perfect vehicle for us online and called the dealership for more information. Michael Ball took my call and answered all of my questions. We came in with our own financing. He had the vehicle dealership for more information. Michael Ball took my call and answered all of my questions. We came in with our own financing. He had the vehicle ready to view, worked my trade very fairly, and the dealership ACTUALLY honored the website price including a posted discount. I think we all know that most dealers will shift numbers to fit, but they were very straightforward. Here's our vehicle cost, less the posted discount, and a realistic trade value. Michael was extremely professional to deal with and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend Michael for his integrity and customer service stance. I also have to mention Xavier Potter in Finance. He was friendly and professional with no pressure to alter what our plan was with concern to our own finance. Again, squared away and straight forward. If you are looking for a dealership that really treats people like customers and not a commodity, this is the place to buy your Toyota! Very highly recommended. More

We did have bad experience with Dustin or Austin , we try to buy a Corolla under the impression that it was 4.9 % plus 1000 TFS , he got upset and said he will sale the car to someone else , he will not hold to buy a Corolla under the impression that it was 4.9 % plus 1000 TFS , he got upset and said he will sale the car to someone else , he will not hold the car for us, I told him he can sell it to whoever he wants , we did not ask him to hold it , we end it up buyin a Honda down the street from thanks to him More

This dealership was fantastic to work with. Michael Ball was my salesman and from the moment we met he was courteous and just wanted to help me. The vehicle was not at the lot yet so he kept me Michael Ball was my salesman and from the moment we met he was courteous and just wanted to help me. The vehicle was not at the lot yet so he kept me updated with the status of the vehicle and information related to the vehicle. Once I was able to come in as I was traveling at the time, he was helpful, never pushy, and once again as courteous as can be. He mentioned that his goal was to not just sell me a car but to keep me as a loyal customer for years to come.......goal achieved! My only downside for the day of purchase is they were under staffed in the finance department and so we had to wait quite a while to get back there. Once in there, the rest of the process went very smoothly as Chris explained all the options to us and helped us get to the number we wanted to be at! More
