I had to bring my car in 3 multiple times after being told it would be done the second time. I also had to remind about things that needed to be done. Car was fixed quickly, fine job on that end. The automated phone system set up an appointment for my 2021 Ford Ecosport and when I arrived at Joe Machens Ford Mike informed me that no appointment was scheduled and showed me I nor the Ecosport were on 2021 Ford Ecosport and when I arrived at Joe Machens Ford Mike informed me that no appointment was scheduled and showed me I nor the Ecosport were on the schedule. He said he would try to squeeze me in and did and got my vehicle beck to me the next day. More
