I had an appt 6/30 for a recall. I was told it would take 1 hour. When I got to my appt the tech said it would take 5 1/2 hours and I would need to leave my car. I said I couldn't do I was told it would take 1 hour. When I got to my appt the tech said it would take 5 1/2 hours and I would need to leave my car. I said I couldn't do that because I had no other car and lived 30 miles away. I asked for a loaner and was told you didn't loan out cars. I then asked him to get me a rental and he said they were backed up and couldn't get one until Fri. I asked to speak to the service manager because I was so frustrated. The service manager said Ford had a mobile van that could come to my house and do the software update for the recall. He came on 7/6 and said it would only take 20 minutes! I told him that I was told it would take 5 1/2 hours and he said, no way. He may have been at my house no more than 30 minutes. His name is Michael Bateman. I would give him a 5 rating. I asked the service manager why I wasn't told about the mobile van and he said they hadn't worked on the verbiage for the call center and the techs. I feel I should be compensated for the waste of a half day, the 60 mile round trip and the frustration on June 30th. More

Took my truck in for a rear view camera recall and they said it didn't qualify! I was sent a letter to bring it in cost me two days with out my truck and two fourty mile round trips and got nothing done. V said it didn't qualify! I've bought numerous vehicles here I think I deserve better service! More

They did fix the issue i had. However, even though I scheduled the appointment weeks prior they didn't even look at my car and had to keep it a 2nd day. This was the 2nd time I took the vehicle to the dealership for the same issue ( recall for a backup camera). The first time the dealership kept the truck 2 days without being able to remedy the iss dealership for the same issue ( recall for a backup camera).
