It was terrible for the following 3 reasons: 1. My appointment was at 7:30 am. They tried to charge me for the replacement of my purge valve, although that particular repair was covered under warranty 3. Their list of 'recommended repairs' I was presented with included a coolant flush. The problem being that service was recommended and performed at my most recent oil change (about 3 months previous). Surely that service doesn't need to be repeated this soon. More
