Follow up calls, emails, and texts to make sure everything was ready for my wife and I to take fast delivery of the car. Adam even arranged for Michael to pick us up from the airport and taken to the dealership. Bob exicuted the paperwork in record time so my wife and I could get on the road back to Arkansas. I was not prepared to buy the car that day, but due to the friendliness and professionalism of Todd Hersh, Mike Bilbow and the sales manager (also named Mike but I cannot recall his last name) and the rest of the folks I met, I made a second 200-mile trip a week later and bought the car. Throughout the entire process, I never felt any pressure to buy. Todd let me come to the purchase decision on my own - something new in my car-buying experience. He patiently explained the car and all its features answered all my questions and concerns and accepted the fact that I needed to assure myself that this purchase was what I wanted. The he had Mike Bilbow spend some time with me to, again, explain the multitude of features the car came with. When I finally returned home, I found an e-mail from Mike Bilbow with links to some videos on my new Corvette. I would recommend Todd, Mike, Mike and the rest of the Elkins staff to anyone looking to buy a car - new or used. More
