After having a bad experience at a local nearby Chevy dealership, who seemed "put out" because we didn't like anything on their lot, we went to Elkins. Met the sales reps, Todd Hersh and Mike Bergholtz, who made it their mission to find us the SUV we wanted. Not only did they provide the best customer service throughout the whole process, but Todd and Mike were able to locate a Traverse with the specs I wanted at a PA dealership and had it delivered within 2 days. Not only that, the Elkins team still worked with me to negotiate the best price on the Traverse, even using "flex cash" to help get us to the target price we wanted. Even the finance manager was amazed at the deal we got on our new Traverse. I would definitely recommend Elkins Chevrolet to anyone on the market for their next automobile! More

Harder Than It Should Be! Car buying should be easier. I had an appointment with a Great Sales Rep., Boris Korolic but when I handed him a Shop, Click, Drive price quote this b Car buying should be easier. I had an appointment with a Great Sales Rep., Boris Korolic but when I handed him a Shop, Click, Drive price quote this became complicated. He had to check with Sales Manager. It was a $2,000 difference in price for a new Chevy Cruze. I was told it was a mistake with the GM site not being updated with new sale. It took several days to work out. I ended feeling that Elkins was giving the best deal that they could and at least I had brought this issue to light so others didn't have to have this experience. The web site needs to be current including Shop, Click, Drive to increase Trust and Sales. More

As a 25 year old walking into a dealer requesting to buy a special edition Camaro is not typical but Bill did not pass any judgement and had no issues looking at the car and coming up with a deal. I would recommend buying a car from Bill anyone i know especially any type of hybrid or electric car in which he is very knowledgeable and knows all ins and outs of electric vehicles. Mike Bergholtz and Bill Wiler walked me through each form and explained exactly what each one was and answered any question i had. More
