A 2020 Volvo XC90 T6 AWD, black metallic paint with maroon brown interior, and I was ready to buy at a fair price. I attempted to give the business to my local dealership but after two attempts (first attempt I had to ask if someone worked in sales since no one offered to help after 15 minutes of being in the dealership) decided it was time to try somewhere else. Needing to be in Providence for work I looked up on-line to see if any Volvo dealers were nearby. Steingold Volvo populated and after reading the numerous positive reviews (and seeing they had no sales team - hmmm? how does that work?) I decided to drive over. I am sooooo glad I did. Upon entry into the dealership I was warmly greeted by "mom." Literally though, the mom. The dealership is family operated. She was lovingly bantering with her brother when she shared if I needed anything to just give a shout. I told her I knew what I wanted and just as I said that Mike (her son) walked in. Mike immediately put down his coffee and breakfast and well the rest is history. I drove my new 2020 XC90 T6 AWD black metallic with maroon brown leather home yesterday. Yup, I made the 3+ hour trek back. This dealership is worth it. Fair, no haggle pricing. Superior customer service. The only thing I wish is they were closer simply because I just love how they make you feel when you walk in. More

Amazingly Fast/Professional Leasing Process Steingold Volvo was the least stressful and quickest car buying/leasing process that I have ever experienced. With its new "Express Purchase Online" f Steingold Volvo was the least stressful and quickest car buying/leasing process that I have ever experienced. With its new "Express Purchase Online" function, the website provides you all the financial information that is almost impossible to find on other dealers' sites, such as monthly payment that INCLUDED state sales tax, registration/document fees, trade-in value, etc. (Don't worry either, the "Express Purchase" is still just a detailed quote and not a binding contract yet -- they obviously have to check your trade-in vehicle, actual credit score, etc.) Michael, the director of marketing, e-mailed me within an hour and we scheduled a test drive for the next business day. Michael was laid back and extremely professional...I didn't feel like I was being pressured into a purchase I didn't want. After test driving a 2019 S60 R-Design, I decided to go ahead with a lease...we figured a few minor details out and I was leaving with my new car within two hours of stepping foot in the showroom. It was a painless process and a great deal! Cannot recommend Steingold Volvo enough. More
