I visited many dealerships and made many phone calls before I decided on my new car. When I initially contacted Steingold Volvo, my intent was to lease a 2016 XC60 so I was shopping for the best lease deal. Since I live in MA, I had many phone calls and emails with Michael Bernardo before I actually drove to Rhode Island to visit the dealership. I was immediately impressed because Michael always responded quickly to all my calls and emails and was very forthcoming with all the information that I needed to make the best decision for me. In the end, I decided not to lease the XC60. Instead, I actually purchased a brand new 2016 XC90 and I could not be happier with my choice. It's quite an AMAZING SUV! Michael helped me navigate this entire process and I really felt that he looked out for my best interests. I feel fortunate to have traveled quite a bit farther to purchase my new Volvo from Michael at Steingold. Having visited many dealerships along the way, I can definitely say that not all dealerships and sales people are the same. My experience was truly excellent and I would highly recommend Michael and his family dealership to all future Volvo buyers. More

After much stress, tension and worry at another Volvo dealership, my son and my daughters boyfriend kept telling me to go to Steingold Volvo I finally After much stress, tension and worry at another Volvo dealership, my son and my daughters boyfriend kept telling me to go to Steingold Volvo I finally got on my knees and in prayer asked Jesus to take over. I couldn't take anymore stress. I had just helped my husband get an Audi, my oldest daughter get a new car and my 17 year old son a used Volvo. I was dreading the ride to Tiverton and wasting an entire day to purchase a car for myself that I really didn't like and was paying too much for. I told Our Lord to take over and give me some kind of sign so I knew what was best for me. I then took my sons advice and went to Steingold. From the minute I walked in I felt safe from greed, dishonesty, and being taken advantage of. Mike and his brother were great listeners and made my experience so enjoyable and easy. They gave me more for my used car, a better interest rate and the car of my dreams! Customer service was superior!!! They also gave me a free hat for my son, phone chargers and even a frisbee for my 10 yr old daughter. I can't tell you how great this experience was.
