I walked in, the car had just been shined up and pulled into the showroom. I took it for a ride myself, brought it back, talked numbers for a few minutes. (By "talking numbers" I mean I was pleasantly surprised their price was lower than I expected so there was no need to negotiate) I went home to get the title of my trade in and when I got back they were done with the paperwork and the car was shined up again. All in all, best dealership experience I've ever had. More

Traded a car for an S60 I was in a pickle. I bought a Mazda at a dealer other than Steingold. I was not happy with car. I wanted out of the car and wanted to buy a Volvo. Whi I was in a pickle. I bought a Mazda at a dealer other than Steingold. I was not happy with car. I wanted out of the car and wanted to buy a Volvo. While I was upside down on my loan, Michael showed me the best way to buy a different car and be able to roll the loan into the new purchase. After talking over the purchase and refinance options, Michael presented me with an awesome deal. From that point it was quick and easy and I am now driving the car of my dreams an S60 with the new 2.0 turbo that gets great gas mileage. I was very impressed with the great customer service and awesome help Michael provided. I could tell, it was not just a guy trying to sell a car. He is a person who understands his customers needs and fulfills them. When my wife is ready for a new car, Steingold will be the first stop and probably the only place we will need to go. More
