Excellent experience at Steingold This review is long overdue and I was reminded of the need to complete this process in looking back at emails from my vehicle purchase in August 2014. This review is long overdue and I was reminded of the need to complete this process in looking back at emails from my vehicle purchase in August 2014. Once I narrowed down the type of vehicle I was searching for (Volvo xc60) I searched for pricing within a 50 mile range of Providence, RI. Steingold came out on top and I figured there had to be a catch. Skeptical, I visited the dealership unannounced to search for the two vehicles between which I was debating. I assumed id be comforted by an aggressive salesperson while on the lot. This was not the case. In fact, I went in to the (clean inviting and impressive) dealership and asked for assistance. I was assisted by Michael Bernardo. He was fantastic to work with- from helping me decide on the right vehicle, to reviewing my trade and setting up reasonable financing (I work at a bank and receive a slight employee discount- he was even able to beat this). Overall, it was an excellent experience. I will absolutely return to Steingold. Thank you to Michael and the entire team. More
