I had located a used XC90 at Steingold and was interested in it. Being the first time I was buying a car on my own, I was nervous about stepping onto the lot to purchase. I hate high pressure sales people that literally force you to buy a product. but Steingold Volvo is NOT that type of place! Michael Bernardo gave me the time and space I needed to make a decision about the XC90 (which I ultimately did purchase). When I arrived at Steingold Volvo for my car delivery I was pleasantly surprised at the fr I purchased my car online and via phone from out of State. When I arrived at Steingold Volvo for my car delivery I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly people and efficiency of everyone I dealt with there. The whole transaction took half an hour vs. hours that many of other internet purchase experiences have taken. I didn't feel pressured and he didn't try to give me more than what I wanted or needed. Upon picking up my car- Michael went over everything about the car- and I mean everything.He also hooked up the bluetooth and volvo on call (something I am sure I would NOT be able to do).
