Everything was handled by one person without any back and forth to managers and/or finance people. We agreed on the price and the trade-in and the dealer handled the rest - registry, financing, etc. It was quick and easy and I will definitely be buying all my future cars from Steingold Volvo. I should mention that the dealership has a wonderful waiting room as well! More

We were offered a good deal but had to purchase one specific vehicle to get the deal. My husband who researches and compares everything before he purchases, called Steve and he not only offered to match the price but offered us upgrade features and style so that we could get the car that we wanted and not have to settle. Stephen did most of the transaction paperwork via phone and we emailed paperwork he needed on a Saturday evening. He offered to open the dealership on a Sunday morning so that we could close the deal on a weekend for us. This also included a trade in. He had everything ready and waiting for us when we arrived. He and his brother Michael welcomed us like VIP family members! They were honest and true to their word in all transactions. They explained the car and features in detail. We didn't feel rushed even though we were aware this was their day off. Stephen put his hand out to say good-bye and I gave him a hug! I could not have left any other way! Thank you Stephen and Michael! We are so happy and grateful!! More

I found a 2012 used XC90 online, sent an email inquiring about it and the next morning Michael from Steingold Volvo called me. He told me about the SUV I was interested in and I made an appointment to come see the car on Saturday. I took the car for a test drive, and immediately loved it! To be honest the whole process couldn't have been any easier. I worked with Michael in regard to the purchase of my new car and his brother Stephen came up with a price on my existing car and the deal was done. I waited for an hour or so to get the paperwork completed and before I knew it I was driving my XC90 home. I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat as they made the process extremely easy and also were very easy to work unlike many dealerships out there. Thank you Steingold Volvo!! More
