We chose Steingold from advertisements of Volvos in our area.. We walked in and shared that we were seeking a pre owned 2011 or newer Volvo with about 40,000 miles or less. We were shown those vehicles in area.. We walked in and shared that we were seeking a pre owned 2011 or newer Volvo with about 40,000 miles or less. We were shown those vehicles in the S40 and S60 models. We, actually, did not need the S60 size as we also own a SUV. We were coming off a car similar in cabin size as the S40, so when we saw the red S40 on the lot, older than we wanted but mileage that we did want; it was almost a done deal. Mike threw in heated seats which I had been seeking and we signed on. The whole transaction was cordial and accomodating; especially on Mike's part as we are usually cordial and accomodating (just kidding ) More

We stopped by Steingold Volvo on a Saturday about 45 mins. before closing. I mentioned that it was approaching closing, but that was not a concern. We decided to return on Monday for a test drive, as we were worn out from a day of car shopping. On Monday we returned, test drove our choice, and drove out of Steingold with the new Volvo. Michael handled every phase of the transaction in such a friendly, positive manner. We never once felt pressured, as our best interest was always the first consideration. I can't imagine doing business elsewhere. Exceeded expectation in every way possible. More
