Hello, my husband and i decided to head out Saturday morning to look at used Volvos. We had done some research on used cars prior to venturing out. I am a very busy software consultant, so the thoughts of shopping for a car was a task I was not looking forward to doing. When researching online to zero in on the right product, I chanced upon a pre-owned 2011 S40 at 12k miles. Michael at Steingold Volvo just uploaded the photographs onto their website that night, and I called before the showroom was even opened. I closed a deal over the telephone and Michael ran with it. All the necessary paper work was compiled professionally. And Michael held to his word that the car was "Sold" even though it took a week for me to pull together my bank financing. That car could have been sold many times to walk in customers, but Michael kept our deal together from a verbal commitment. I can say, my experience with Michael was exceptional. From the initial conversation, through the arrangement of delivery on a cross country transport, to the follow up after I had received the car. I am only writing this review, because I relied on past reviews to help me when deciding whether to make that initial call or not. All said and done, it has been my best car buying experience, ever ! More

Michael was very knowledgeable and patient as I ordered my NEW 2014 S60 in May, and scheduled it for Overseas Delivery. He worked closely with us to assure us that we could pick up our car in Gothenberg, Sweden and spend 2 weeks there and still be home in time for me to return to work. Everything went ultra smooth from the ordering to the waiting for the VIN number (the car existed!), putting us in touch with people who helping with planning the trip to now I have my car here back in the states. Michael went over everything, set up the Sirius radio and connected my phone to the bluetooth effortlessly. This surely has been a dream come true as we traveled Sweden and Norway for two weeks, enjoying every moment. I got to drive it out of the showroom in Sweden AND out of the showroom at Steingold! Who can beat that?!? More
