It is sometimes so overwhelming dealing with a deale Boettcher. From the first moment of his welcome video until we closed the deal, I was impressed. It is sometimes so overwhelming dealing with a dealership because there are so many hidden fees that’s not discussed or clarified. From the get-go, Michael was very honest and open with me about the process of the fees and what it would look like… after I’ve already been disappointed by other dealerships I took his word and did my own calculations before I even met him - and when we finally talked the numbers, it was literally a few dollars off from my own calculation and again I was impressed and extremely satisfied. His professionalism showed his passion to make sure he finds the right choice for his buyers. I truly believe I would have never said this in the past, but he will always be the person I go back to if I’m looking for a new car.
