Wonderful experience! Brian Gregory was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle I was looking at. They were patient and so wonderful with our kids, making sure that they didn’t take too much time to g knowledgeable on the vehicle I was looking at. Brian in finance made sure that he was ready to rock when we walked into his office and very thorough with the explanation of all the paperwork, but very cognoscente of allowing one to wrangle kids and one to sign at a time. After searching for a special equipped truck we found it at Boniface and Tristan helped us get the deal we wanted. After driving 3 1/2hours we were greeted in the parking lot by Nours smiling face! Nour was patient, personable and helpful while showing us all the bells and whistles of our new truck which, so far we are very happy with. On January 4th I took my Chevy Silverado in for a regular maintenance tune up to include balance and rotation of my tires. I was traveling from DC to visit family and then back to DC later that week. Every maintenance tune up to include balance and rotation of my tires. I was traveling from DC to visit family and then back to DC later that week. Everything seemed fine until traveling home and the balance of the tires made the trip back almost unbearable. I tried contacting the service managers multiple times starting January 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 25th. I either left messages or asked to speak with a service manager and after waiting on the line was disconnected. After spending over $100 at another location to have my tires rebalanced I will not be going back to Boniface Heirs ever again. More
