On January 4th I took my Chevy Silverado in for a regular maintenance tune up to include balance and rotation of my tires. I was traveling from DC to visit family and then back to DC later that week. Every maintenance tune up to include balance and rotation of my tires. I was traveling from DC to visit family and then back to DC later that week. Everything seemed fine until traveling home and the balance of the tires made the trip back almost unbearable. I tried contacting the service managers multiple times starting January 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 25th. I either left messages or asked to speak with a service manager and after waiting on the line was disconnected. After spending over $100 at another location to have my tires rebalanced I will not be going back to Boniface Heirs ever again. More
