I then had the pleasure of working with Michael Brown, Janelle Harris, and Tara Moss and it was a very pleasant experience. Michael was very helpful and very nice. He was actually off the day that I went to pick my car up and he made sure to call me to make sure everything went smoothly and didn't have any problems. Janelle, was very helpful, took her time to explain things so I understood them and was extremely nice. She also followed up with an email to make sure things were great.
