The oil drain plug was not tightened (hand tight). I had to tighten the plug myself and clean excess oil from the oil pan, oil filter, and undercarriage. Lost about a quart of oil. I notified the service department, they offered to fix any problems resulting from it. Never was I offered a refund (paid $84.92) or a credit for the poor work. The appointment was 8:30am. Was notified of the inspection at 10:35am. Never was notified of completion. Just showed up around noon to pick it up. Will likely do the work myself next time. No longer trust this service department. More
