Given my long search for a new vehicle, I’ve dealt with enough other dealers who give you the run-around or turn on you with disrespect and sales tactics that cross the line. I am glad to have done business with BMW through him, and I will ask again for him when I return. More

Have leased from this dealership since 2007. We have leased from New Century BMW, since 2007, starting with Tai Yang and are currently with Elvis Blohm. We just leased two more BMW's- a 2019, 43 We have leased from New Century BMW, since 2007, starting with Tai Yang and are currently with Elvis Blohm. We just leased two more BMW's- a 2019, 430i Gran Coupe and yesterday, a 2019 X3. We have also worked with our service advisor, Shawn Nguyen, and Michael Chang, for years and are impressed with all four men due to their professionalism, courtesy, and respect. So I’ve been here a few times before just to look since I live closer to BMW Monrovia, this time I left with a freakin new M3! Because of Sami, I will only be coming to New Century. He gave me advice like a friend and not just trying to sell. I don’t think I would’ve gotten a car I wanted without Sami’s help, I had a budget and he really went the extra mile just to make it happen for me. The transaction went so smoothly, that I would do it over and over again. I was surprised how great the vibes were here. Everyone is friendly. The GM Mr. Pan was a very nice man as well. In working with Ken, you can forget the typical sales/back and forth tactics. Ken takes the time to understand what you're looking for, the service you expect, the experience you want and gets it done. Everything was done remotely as I now live in SF but when I came back to town, everything was ready to go and a seamless process. He had the car brought into the dealership, prepped and spec'd to what I was looking for. Couldn't be happier. The other reviews echo my personal experiences in working with Ken and truthfully, don't have any intentions of working with or entertaining other car relationships moving forward.
