In working with Ken, you can forget the typical sales/back and forth tactics. Ken takes the time to understand what you're looking for, the service you expect, the experience you want and gets it done. Everything was done remotely as I now live in SF but when I came back to town, everything was ready to go and a seamless process. He had the car brought into the dealership, prepped and spec'd to what I was looking for. Couldn't be happier. The other reviews echo my personal experiences in working with Ken and truthfully, don't have any intentions of working with or entertaining other car relationships moving forward. I have bought cars from 5 major car brands but buying from New Century BMW was my best car buying experience by far. My initial contact was Chris Gannon. He responded to ALL of my emails in a timely manner. Chris even emailed me on his day off! When I arrived at the dealership, Chris introduced me to Elvis Blohm. Elvis greeted my wife and I with a big smile. Elvis treated us with respect and he answered all of our questions (this guy is very knowledgeable and patient as we literally had hundreds of questions). Even while we were with Michael Chang at finance, Elvis stopped by and made sure my wife and I were comfortable with everything. I felt as if he was my big brother looking after me. Michael Chang made sure we understood everything before we signed each document. We did not feel rushed. In my previous car buying experiences at 5 other major car brands, I felt rushed as if they were trying to pull a fast one on me. That was not the case here. The BMW Genius Diana Zhang explained so much to me even though it was past closing time (and Elvis was still with us also). I also have to give a shot out to the guy who stayed late to wash and detail the car. I didn't get his name but even he (yes, the car detailer) congratulated on my purchase as he shook my hand. PHENOMENAL customer service throughout the entire dealership!!!!! More

I stopped by for a test drive on Wednesday and on Sunday I drove my very own CPO BMW i I was shopping for a CPO vehicle, BMW i3 series was on my mind. I stopped by for a test drive on Wednesday and on Sunday I drove my very own CPO BMW i3 REX out of the New Century BMW dealership. Sami Asadourian was my salesperson extraordinaire. He was extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to take different cars for a test drive, sit down and discuss the differences between the models and what model would work best for my needs and my budget. Sami was always available to connect on a phone to ask all kinds of questions. Sami went out of his way to introduce me to the BMW service professional, Pamela Chen, who I asked the essential tech/maintenance questions. It helped me to make my mind along with my self-education via YT videos. Diana Zhang is a very hands- on, eager to help and very friendly BMW genius who anticipated my questions and made my transition into operating my first EV vehicle very smooth. Diana helped to set up my charging accounts and patiently answered questions during the free training sessions (as many as you wish). Michael Chang walked me through financing the car and explained the differences between different plans. He gave a professional recommendation based on facts. The whole team is very professional and responsive. I highly recommend this dealership as they made me feel part of the BMW family. More
