I went into the dealership to LOOK at a rogue. I was interested in the 2014 SL rogue. I had talked with Michael Chavis through email and asked to see him upon arrival. We talked for awhile and then I te interested in the 2014 SL rogue. I had talked with Michael Chavis through email and asked to see him upon arrival. We talked for awhile and then I test drove one of the rogues in the red. I was looking for a white or possibly grey with tan interior. Michael was very nice and has an awesome personality. After we were back at the dealership he started talking about what vehicles they had. I really had no intention of purchasing that day. They didn't have the car I wanted with the light interior so I was going to wait. After awhile longer he showed me a SL rogue premium which I liked a lot but with black interior. After a good while we went in and started talking numbers and he had Marty Abernathy come over and eventually they wore me down and I ended up buying the vehicle. I love my car but I still question if I'll like the interior when it gets hot. I enjoyed working with Michael, Marty and Brian. I feel I could have gotten a better price if I hadn't been so tired from being there so long. It seemed everything that was done took quite some time which is why I spent close to 6 hours there. I love my car except for the interior color and I'm getting used to that. The people I worked with were very nice. More

My boyfriend and I were both considering the 2013 Nissan Murano. I previously had an 06 model, and loved the car. We live in West Virginia and Virginia, and sent out several internet inquiries to dealers i Murano. I previously had an 06 model, and loved the car. We live in West Virginia and Virginia, and sent out several internet inquiries to dealers in the NC and VA areas. Several dealers were slow to return the inquiry, (or not at all). NOT Scott Clark Nissan! This is the most "on top of things" dealership I've ever dealt with, and I buy A LOT of cars! The dealership was clean, bright, attractive, and orderly. We were made to feel right at home upon arrival fairly late that evening. Thanks to Michael Chavis, the cars were up front, ready to go! My boyfriends deal was completed over the internet, I had actually not made up my mind, after some usual dealing, they came so close to the deal I wanted, I bought the car. EVERYONE at the dealership was great,it was a wonderful experience! We plan to try to travel there for our services on the cars, since they were so great to deal with. I .in the past, had leased 5 Infinitis from Rice Marko Infiniti, when they were bought by Modern, we at once saw a "change" in their practices, since then I have tried to deal with MODERN, I would NOT even consider them now that this experience with SCOTT CLARK NISSAN was so great! More

I would recommend this dealership because our experience was so great. The whole team was involved in our sale and it was like a family involved experience. They did their best for us in every way and we was so great. The whole team was involved in our sale and it was like a family involved experience. My team was excellent and even had others coming over to greet us. We had a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!! More

The dealership had really nice sales people they worked with me on the price and Michael Chavis did a great job in finding me a car that I liked alot for close to the price I wanted and between michael,mar with me on the price and Michael Chavis did a great job in finding me a car that I liked alot for close to the price I wanted and between michael,marty, and dawud they were able to get me a good value for my trade and a lower interest rate. So overall I was very satisfied and will definitely recommend them to friends and family! More

My husband and I stopped at Scott Clark's Nissan in search of a larger Vehicle for our family. We were greeted by Michael Chavis who was very professional and a great pleasure to work with and very kno search of a larger Vehicle for our family. We were greeted by Michael Chavis who was very professional and a great pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He went out of his way to explain every aspect of the vehicle we were considering with great detail. We loved the fact that he wasn't fast talking us nor putting unnecessary pressure on us to buy as some salesmen have done at other dealerships we have visited. It was a refreshing experience. Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted to purchase, we then had the great pleasure of working with the General Manager Marty Abernathy and Dawud. They did everything possible to get us the best deal for the vehicle and took into great consideration our price point. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and a pleasure to work with from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. They even followed up with us several times to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. They really took care of us. We would recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a great customer service experience. More
