Amazing experience and out in no time! I easily called and booked my appointment for my one year service and oil change. When I needed to change my appointment I was able to do so online! Poor experience with Anthony Grippo We bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from salesman Anthony Grippo in early 2017. When we got home we realized that the car lacked floor mats (whic We bought a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from salesman Anthony Grippo in early 2017. When we got home we realized that the car lacked floor mats (which we overlooked while at the dealership). I called Anthony about two or three times to request the floor mats, thinking this is small potatoes to a dealership. Each time, Anthony promised to get them to me. It never happened. Worse yet, about a month later, during a rainy day, I realized that the car's rear window wiper was not working, and confirmed with an independent mechanic that it would cost a few hundred to replace the parts. I wrote to Michael Chiusano (General Sales Manager) and Anthony Grippo, noting that something like this should not have happened on a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that is supposed to pass through a series of multi-point tests. What happened? I never heard back. More

With regard to the Service Dept. - appointments are kept and work completed satisfactorily within the set time-frame. Mark D., manager, is very accommodating and will guide you through the process in a non-rushed manner. I knew what I was looking for and the price range I could afford, and Bay Ridge Subaru had the cars in stock that were advertised online (which was not the case in the previous experience I had). David was respectful, accommodating and seemed determined to help me find the used Subaru of my dreams, within my price range. David was not pushy at all, friendly, great sense of humor, and took all the time that was needed to get me the best car for the best price! Bay Ridge Subaru gave me an excellent price! David also took the time to discuss all the car features with me and even helped me to set up my Bluetooth. He also checked in with me days later to see how I liked my "new" used car. Never thought I would rave about a used car purchase experience but David and the team at Bay Ridge Subaru made that happen!!! I highly recommend purchasing your future cars here. i know I will! More
