We did NOT plan to buy a new car, but only see what was new on the market. Bill had previously sold a car to a good friend, so we knew he would help us out with no pressure. At Jenkins Honda, We were met by "Tyler the best salesman". He was very helpful and did all he could to make our buying experience better. My concern was that Tyler did not seem have the help he salesman". He was very helpful and did all he could to make our buying experience better. My concern was that Tyler did not seem have the help he needed to make our buying experience go more smoothly. Everyone he tried to get assistance from kept him and us waiting ( three different days 2-3 + /- hours each visit) Tyler was nice enough to keep us up dated as to what the hold up was... was "the other people assisting him". We got the car ordered then the day we were to go get pick it up... they told us they could not get it..."very disappointing", sadly we went back to the dealership to get our deposit back at which time they told us they had located one. "Surprise" ...(we must get excited "again" ). (!!??) Our salesman Tyler was very good. **Seemed like things were just not organized with the other help for him or us. Worst part about our experience was closing out with the finance guy Michael extremely high pressured sales of extended warranty ...because he said HONDA does not warranty their new cars enough to cover the electronics. I was ready to walk out and forget it he kept trying to scare us into buying the extended warranty. With all types of things that could happen, horror stories, because he said Honda does not cover most or all of them. After we paid so much for this new car was dishearting to hear say the least. Tyler our salesman followed up and through on everything he said he would.*** Tyler was the best part of our experience at Jenkins dealership. More
