My husband and I purchased a 2018 CR-V in November. Bill Gleason was our sales consultant. He went above and beyond for us. Jean was also very helpful, personable, and made it as easy as possible. This past week the battery died, and I had to bring the vehicle in for service. Nate was fantastic, and communicated with me the whole time...which only ended up being less than an hour! Jean and Bill both came and said hello to me while I was waiting-that's impressive customer service! I worked in a dealership in South Florida for a couple years, so I know this is just good business-but Bill, Jean, and Nate are great assets to this dealership. I'm impressed and will continue bringing my vehicle there for oil changes and any needed service. I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge Michael Coelho. He also provided excellent customer service-and a lot of humor as well. (we all know purchasing a vehicle is stressful-he provided much needed levity to the whole experience.) Thank you! More
