Jeff personally handled our transaction from the initial sale, financing and delivery of the vehicle!! He did it ALL!! Also...I don't want to leave out the Service Department here at Jenkins either...I have my cars regularly serviced here and they too do an EXCELLENT job!!! From the moment he shook our hands until we drove out of the dealership with our new car, Brady was exceptional. He was pleasant and efficient and programmed the many computer options into our vehicle. Today he followed up with a phone call to answer any questions or resolve any issues of which we had none. The business agent, Michael Coelho was also incredible. It took him about 30 minutes to finish all the paperwork for insurance and title and was also exceptionally pleasant. In the past at other dealerships this process has taken more than two hours. We love the car. Thank you Jenkins Honda, More

I do not go through this experience often, so am not sure as to what is the social convention, but others have shared that this is not unreasonable to expect. More
