I appreciated all of this as I'm not fond of reading a manual. Two days after the sale, I contacted him on his cell phone to arrange the drop-off of the spare key to my trade-in. Turned out, it was his day off but he still answered a couple of additional questions and arranged for me to deliver the key to John Harbaugh. On the sale date, we also met with Tony Vazquez and Mike Coelho who were both friendly and conversational. More
