I shopped other makes of mid-sized SUVs including Mazda, which was my dealership for over 12 years. I didn't like the Mazda CX-5. I tried Subaru, Buick and Toyota and finally decided on the CR-V. At that point I also decided on the color of the vehicle I desired. I called around to other dealerships searching for the color and finally Jenkins got the vehicle and advised me of same. My salesperson Shawn Garret was enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with (he is an Eagles fan like myself). His knowledge of the vehicle and his description of the features were 100% complete and accurate. During the test drive he explaind how things worked and made sure that I was comfortable with some of the AI of the vehicle. During the final delivery phase he again went over the more "complicated" features and wished me well with my new vehicle. More

My only complaint would be that the owner needs to call a Dealer Fee by name - don't hide it as a Doc Tax. More

Deceptive Unkept Promises Bought 2017 Certified Honda Accord Hybrid. No haggle purchase price was suppose to be $27,553. Sales tried to hide the additional cost of $2,500 when Bought 2017 Certified Honda Accord Hybrid. No haggle purchase price was suppose to be $27,553. Sales tried to hide the additional cost of $2,500 when closing the sale. High pressure and do it now or no deal. The finance person when asked where the original $27,553 was in purchase agreement said to my wife and I don't worry it's in there somewhere. After looking over that night we sent emails saying we needed to review because we did not agree with the bill of sale. We were going to return car and take our trade back. Fortunately Jeff Wagner the Business Manager and us were able to reach an agreement of the selling price of $27,553 if I took a reduction of $1,000 on my trade. We tried to make this an amicable friendly way to consummate the sale. However withthe purchase of the car came a maintenance booklet with coupons for lube oil filter, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. When asked when I would receive they said 2-3 weeks. After more than two months they are now saying that was not part of the deal. So as far as Iam concerned I would caution anyone thinking of going to this dealership to make sure you do not fall prey to their deceptive sales practices and unkept promises. More
