Visited Chicago area from GA, had issue with tire pressure and sensor not going off after tire pressure adjustment. Michael came to assist the service associate with the issue, it was determined t wa pressure and sensor not going off after tire pressure adjustment. Michael came to assist the service associate with the issue, it was determined t was the spare tire triggering the sensor. Michael taught the associate how to open the area to lower the spare and checked under the car while resolving the issue - while in a suit! A true teacher and customer focused employee! After resolving the issues he offered and spent time with me to review the electronics and controls in the vehicle to ensure I had a safer trip back home (the vehicle is new). Great-full for Michael who is caring, professional and very knowledgeable about the Lexus brand and products. More

Michael Comer was absolutely terrific walking me through the technology of my car. I am very low tech and he was very patient and clear in all of his explanations, I told him I'll probably be back for more the technology of my car. Michael Comer was an outstanding and knowledgeable resource . Answered all of our questions and concerns. Plus went out of his way to come to our house after work to pick up the license plates he allo resource . Answered all of our questions and concerns. Plus went out of his way to come to our house after work to pick up the license plates he allowed us to use so we could get our old car back home ( we transferred our old plates to our new car ) . While at my home he help set up my garage door opener on my new car and went over some key features of the new car. He also followed up with me a week later to answer more of questions We had about how things worked on the car. Michael wasn’t a pushy sales person but more of a thought partner on what my wife and I should be considering when purchasing a car. We were looking at a few other car brands from Lexus competitors and not once did he bash the other cars but just continued focusing on the benefits of Lexus. Usually car buying is a painful process , however Michael made it a very pleasurable and informed experience. First Lexus purchase Best experience of all Lexus dealership visits! Made to feel like we were important although we were buying a used car. We realize there are much big Best experience of all Lexus dealership visits! Made to feel like we were important although we were buying a used car. We realize there are much bigger purchases made there, but we were treated equally as if we were spending $100K. This did not happen at other dealerships. Mike spent 6 hours with us and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. He did a thorough job of taking us through the ENTIRE inside of the car regarding all the bells and whistles! I had mentioned early on in the discussion that I always dreamed of waking up to a new Lexus with a big red bow in the driveway. When doing our final walk through of the car, Mike dug out the big red Christmas bow and had it sitting on my ES350! It was a perfect surprise!!! It really was a great moment for me and I appreciated it! More

During test drive, Michael took time to explain every feature, every application, completed set-ups in a highly professional manner but with genuine appreciation for the job. He made the whole experience much more pleasent. We met with other Lexus team members and all share Michael's enthusiasm for the job, respect for customer and professionlism. Fair price, great car, great deal, great team. They go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated and welcome. We have purchased many vehicles from Lexus of Naperville and continue to be extremely happy with the purchases of these vehicles. Most recently we purchased an RC F and needed another AWD vehicle for the w and continue to be extremely happy with the purchases of these vehicles. Most recently we purchased an RC F and needed another AWD vehicle for the winter so we also purchased a 2020 IS 350 F Sport. Dan Foster made both purchases a very smooth transaction and went above and beyond for us. We’ve developed such a great relationship with Dan and the other folks at Lexus. They make us feel like family when we are there. We will not do business with any other auto makers and will always refer Lexus of Naperville to family and friends who are in the market for vehicles. Michael Comer is also a great delivery specialist and very knowledgeable with the new technology Lexus keeps improving yearly. He spent whatever time was necessary to inform us of the features & options of the 2020 RX 350, including the alternative considerations of comparing a new model to a Pre-Owned Lexus Certified (2018-2019) vehicle.
