They were all Very organized and had the deal ready for us when we got there. Even a big bow on our car ! Mike deserves a metal for training us on how to work all the gadgets on our new car. We we very impressed buy the small driving course they had. No one in Louisville offers that. They were very accommodating if our time since they knew we had a 6 hour drive back home. They even offered to pick us up at the airport . So if you are looking for a Lexus, this is the place to go. The are several Lexus dealers close to us but no one offered this type o service.
