They were all Very organized and had the deal ready for us when we got there. Even a big bow on our car ! Mike deserves a metal for training us on how to work all the gadgets on our new car. We we very impressed buy the small driving course they had. No one in Louisville offers that. They were very accommodating if our time since they knew we had a 6 hour drive back home. They even offered to pick us up at the airport . So if you are looking for a Lexus, this is the place to go. The are several Lexus dealers close to us but no one offered this type o service. We want to thank the Naperville Lexus team for flipping the negative experience of having our car stolen into a positive resolution. We had the pleasure of working with Pat O'Brien, Gary Jaros, Michael Comer, and Derek Mason. Each person was extraordinarily professional and caring. We have purchased many vehicles, but have never had a sales experience anywhere near as great as the one we were treated to today. Gary, Michael, and Derek were nothing short of fantastic. Michael Comer's skilled presentation of the Lexus brand and the vehicle was art. He delivered knowledge and service at its finest.
