We were able to handle the purchase via phone and email very quickly and without hassle. Nestor Urrutia and Mohammad Taiym helped to make sure I had everything I needed, and made sure I was confident this was a great choice. When I came in to pick up the vehicle there were no surprises, and they were friendly and efficient. I was really pleasantly surprised with Michael Comer's knowledge once we were ready to go. He went over the whole vehicle in detail with me and showed me how each feature and function worked. That was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. I would absolutely do business here again. More

Awesome!!! I have worked with Lexus of Naperville since 2004. Randy Wolf and his staff, especially Hani Dolat are beyond spectacular. After years of buying Merce I have worked with Lexus of Naperville since 2004. Randy Wolf and his staff, especially Hani Dolat are beyond spectacular. After years of buying Mercedes , their quality went down. Hence the change to Lexus . They started out copying Mercedes but are way beyond them now. I have bought or leased 6 so far enjoying every new improvement. My latest , the 450h RX is incredible. Hani has been great since the beginning. Derrick is very friendly as was Bill ,their last financial person. Both are excellent! Mike Comer showed me many new features I didn’t know existed. Thank you so much for your high standards of excellence. I am also impressed with your work with Autism. If I could give this dealership 10 stars, I would!! I have referred many customers to Hani , including one today. In the future I suggest you make an bigger suv that will actually give enough room for three seats. Also change the GX rear door . I considered this but the back door needs to be like the RX. I assume you are updated this vehicle soon. Please make it Escalade ESV in size and you’ll sell a billion. Thanks so much ! The sales team of Mike Comer and Chris Colsant were the best and most knowledgeable team that I have ever worked with in all my years of buying cars. Mike knew everything about the new 350L and new features from our 2015 RX350. My wife and I worked with Chris to come up with best financing solution to meet our needs.Chandra Estrada was very efficient when it came to completing the necessary paperwork. At delivery, Mike took his time to make sure we knew all the features of our new RX350L had to offer. Overall, if you are in the market for a new car, I would recommend that you go talk to Mike or Chris over at Lexus of Naperville. Our experience was outstanding!!! More
