Brent Buff took very good care of me during the trade-in process. I had been looking to upgrade to a 4X4 and found a used one on their website a couple of weeks ago (I drive a truck and couldn't get in rig process. I had been looking to upgrade to a 4X4 and found a used one on their website a couple of weeks ago (I drive a truck and couldn't get in right away). He answered all my questions over a few phone conversations and also kept me updated on price changes and availability through several emails. The process of trading in my vehicle was one of the easiest I've experienced! I received a very fair trade price for my truck and the purchase price was equally fair and reasonable. I would recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to stop into Paramount in Valdese! More

I came to the dealership due to a problem with my 2016 Ford F150 1171,000 miles. I discovered that the problem was going to be costly, so asked them if they could still use it as a trade. My wife found a car that she liked on the lot and after looking at several different models decided on the car we both liked. We had another appointment to get to so we told Justin who was showing us the cars to see what he could due with an offer. He called us the next day and shared the offer which we accepted. We made an appointment to come in and the rest is history. More
