A great deal and an amazing trade in value credit towards my old car, it was a no brainer. They made the hardest part of buying a car the EASIEST part. All of the signatures and paperwork and not trying to sell you unnecessary services almost all done from home, and even my co-signer being in a different state, managed to streamline the process in as little as 2 days. Huge shout out to Jorell for communicating with me via text and email throughout the entire process preventing me from having to go back and forth with a 2 hour drive to get this taken care of. My picture says it all. I had the cheesiest grin before driving off the lot at 9pm because I knew I found what I was looking for at an amazing deal with zero pressure and amazing customer service.

I had been researching a 2019 Mazda Miata MX-5 RF for weeks now. I have been dealing with three dealers in particular about purchasing a vehicle. One closest to my house doesn't even keep the car. I have to order it new from Mazda but go test drive elsewhere. Another on was thousands higher and were not in the ballpark on price. Another closer to Orlando was working with me, but the back and forth was becoming annoying. I started to read reviews on these dealerships and in a few of them Sport Mazda came up, so i decided to look at their inventory (01/15/2020). I found the car I wanted, so I thought, and sent a prince quote request. I realized after that the vehicle was an automatic and not a manual like I wanted.
01/16/2020 I received a phone call from Ashley Ramsey, and I explained to her what i wanted and she said that she would see if she could get one that I wanted and would work up a price quote along with an evaluation of my trade in. In no time I got a price for my trade in that was on par with what I was expecting. Ashley got me a price, one that I was happy with, from the first quote. No need to go back and forth. I tried but they were so well priced, I didn't expect them to go lower but I hoped lol. I asked if the price was guaranteed provided my trade in was as I stated. Ashley assured me that it would all she had to do was get the vehicle from another dealership. The same evening she told me that it would be transferred the next day. I made plans to go and pick it up the same day.
01/17/2020 I drove 2 hours and got to the dealership around 4 pm and the car was there, as promised. We went over some numbers. I was not sure about a couple of the fees and they were explained to me. One of the fees that I wasn't happy with. One of the sales managers, Jason Santiago came to speak to me about them and offered to reduce one of them. All of this lasted maybe 5 minutes. Not like other dealerships where the sales person keeps going back and forth. I was happy with the price and we moved on. On a side note there is no ridiculously high dealership fee. There are no dealership fees. There are other fees but minimal compared to others. I had one dealership quoting me $800 and another around $1100 plus other fees!
Michael in financing got me in and out no fuss. The Mazda expert, Gisell Soto, showed me the basics of the vehicle and helped me with settings so that the vehicle was setup the way I needed it to be. This entire process took 2.5 hours. I was out and on my way back home by 6:30pm. This is how dealerships need to work.
On a side note the car that I bought was transferred from another dealer that I was talking to and they were going to charge me much more for the same vehicle. I hate dealing with car dealers because they keep making you back and forth and try this pressure game. I always go in on the offensive and I will walk. No car is that important to me that I will overspend (in my mind at least). These guys made it so easy and I am glad I gave them the business and if the need arises again I will definitely use them again. The 2 hour drive is worth saving thousands of dollars. Thank you Ashley for making this the least painful dealership experience I have had.
